We want you to unlock Prismoy because you love your colors — not because a checkout page rushed you. This page explains, plainly, how refunds work and how we help if something isn’t right.

Our promise

See before you buy. Prismoy is free to download and reveals your color season for free. You only pay if you decide the full palette and tools are worth it — and if a purchase ever misses the mark, we’ll help you make it right.

A one-time purchase — nothing recurring

Plus and Pro are single, one-time purchases. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no trial that quietly converts into a charge. You will never be billed again for the same purchase, so there is nothing to cancel and no surprise renewal to watch for. That’s the whole point: buy once, keep your colors.

How refunds work

Prismoy is sold through the Apple App Store, and Apple is the seller of record for every purchase. That means refunds are requested through Apple and issued to your original payment method by Apple. It’s the same trusted process you already use for any App Store purchase, and Apple typically reviews requests within 48 hours.

How to request a refund from Apple

The quickest way is Apple’s Report a Problem page:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Choose “Request a refund” and select a reason that fits your situation.
  3. Select your Prismoy purchase from the list.
  4. Submit. Apple emails you its decision, usually within a couple of days.

You can also start a refund right on your iPhone:

If your request is declined — talk to us

Apple has final say over App Store refunds, and occasionally a request is declined for reasons that have nothing to do with how you feel about the app. If that happens, please email us at support@prismoy.com. Tell us what went wrong. Very often it’s something we can fix on the spot — a result that didn’t feel right, a feature that didn’t behave, or a purchase made by mistake. We’ll do our honest best to help, including guiding your refund request or making things right another way.

Before you ask for a refund

If your result felt off, it’s often the lighting. Re-scan facing a window in soft daylight — no direct sun, no colored walls — and you’ll usually get a noticeably truer season. Not sure how? Email us a note and we’ll walk you through it. We’d rather earn your confidence than lose it over a bad-lighting photo.
