Terms of Use — Prismoy

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Prismoy app for iPhone. By downloading or using Prismoy, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app. Because Prismoy is sold through Apple, Apple’s Media Services Terms also apply to your purchase.

Your license

Prismoy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms. A Plus or Pro purchase unlocks additional features for the Apple ID that bought it and can be restored on your other eligible devices. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its content except as allowed by law.

What Prismoy is — and isn’t

Prismoy provides style and color guidance for personal use. It offers suggestions, not professional, medical, dermatological, or dietary advice. Color perception varies with lighting, camera hardware, and screens, so treat your results as a well-reasoned starting point rather than an absolute rule. You are responsible for your own purchasing and styling decisions.

Acceptable use

Use Prismoy for your own personal, non-commercial color analysis.
Only analyze photos of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to it.
Don’t attempt to disrupt, exploit, or misuse the app or its features.

Content you create

Your analysis, palette, Color Card, and any exports you make are yours. When you share an exported image or Passport, you’re responsible for where and how you share it. Prismoy, its name, logo, palette system, and design are our intellectual property and remain ours.

Purchases

Prismoy is free to download and includes a free color reveal. Plus and Pro are one-time purchases — not subscriptions. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. All billing is handled by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple as described in our Refund Policy.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Prismoy is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that a result will match your expectations or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prismoy and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

Changes

We may update the app and these Terms over time. When we make material changes, we’ll revise the date above. Continuing to use Prismoy after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
